I know the team – and Bradley – had hoped for a higher finishing place but I watched the SKY.COM riders closely and was very impressed at the teams showing, particularly in the first ten days of the Tour. I thought it was excellent for a first-year team and that it can only get better.
Michael; say hello to your dad from me. Mention that I’ve been trying to track down Ken Smith in or near Manotick and can’t find a phone number or a mailing address that makes sense. I gather he’s moved from his home of 30 years.
“Le Métier” was a phrase I heard every day as I worked toward being a pro. To me, it is the essence of cycling: devotion, work ethic, savoir-faire, An identity developed through experience.
